Mary Hughes

Director of Dietary Services

Mary joined the dedicated staff at St. Luke Homes & Services, Inc. in April 1992. She served as a dietary aide at St. Luke Lutheran Home during high school, as well as a cook and assistant dietary director, before becoming St. Luke Homes & Services’ director of dietary services in April 2018.

The Spencer High School graduate earned her Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional credentials from the University of North Dakota.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two children: Gage and Grace.
